The database includes portfolio companies of investment funds and investment holding companies, as well as deals originated by club deals, Spacs, business angels and equity crowdfunding.
Each record includes the details of the deal (i.e. type, description and nature of the deal, date, invested amount, co-investors…) as well as the target company history, the industry, its main economic data, main shareholders and top management. For each investments fund and holding, the database includes its investments portfolio, investment approach, management, and main contacts.

As of now, only deals related to Italian target companies are listed.
