ENIverse Ventures, the corporate venture builder of Milan-listed energy giant ENI, launched ENIvibes, a startup that develops e-vpms (Eni Vibroacoustic Pipeline Monitoring System) proprietary technologies (see here a previous post by BeBeez). ENIVibes belongs to ENI (76%), Aresys (16%) and Solgeo (8%). ENI reportedly announced its intention to launch five startups by 2025.
At the end of 2022, the portfolios of Eureka! Fund I- Technology Transfer and BlackSheep Fund, two vehicles of Eureka! Venture, an investor in deep science and digital tech, included 27 assets worth 30 million euros in investments and aggregated sales in the region of 30 million (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Luigi Amati and Stefano Peroncini are the chairman and ceo of Eureka! The resources that the funds invested in the portfolio companies boosted a 1.6X leverage with the support of domestic and international coinvestors.
Glickon, a company active in the field of HR tech for mid and big caps, announced the acquisition of Teamsight, a people analytics firm that co-founder Pietro Bonfanti heads (see here a previous post by BeBeez). The buyer retained as advisor Portolano Cavallo, M&M Associati and Studio Panetta e Associati. Teamsight appointed Bird & Bird, Gaetano Salvioli and Dario D’Alò. In June 2022, Sinergia Venture Fund poured 3 million euros in Glickon.
Wesual, a platform for the creation of visual contents that liaises photographers with clients, raised 1.25 million euros from lead investor Fondo Rilancio Startup (part of Cdp Venture Capital), LVenture Group and Encelado Ventures (see here a previous post by BeBeez). In 2020, Encelado raised 0.4 million from LVenture and Encelado after having received the acceleration support from Luiss Enlabs. In 2018, Tara Kaboli and Behzad Bani founded Wesual. The company will invest the raised proceeds in the development of Setflow, a marketplace for photoshoot management.
