Deals involving private equity veichles were about 150 in Italy in 2017. Here is the complete list

Private equity funds announced 100 acquisitions in 2017 on Italian targets, including 5 restructuring deals. The figure comes out from BeBeez’s database and includes the 21 acquisitions made in one shot by Neuberger Berman when the US asset manager bought all direct SMEs portfolio of Fondo Italiano d’Investimento sgr in one shot acquiring all the stakes of fund. But the figure grows towards 150 deals if you think of all possible private equity veichles' deals  and so if you take into account also restructuring deals, add-on acquisitions. . .
