Anima Holding, the parent company to Anima sgr, a  leading Italian independent asset management operator, announced that the Global Offering of its ordinary shares for the listing on the Italian Stock Exchange has been successfully completed last week.  The date for the beginning of trading of the ordinary shares is expected on Wednesday, April 16, 2014 and the payment of the shares is set at the same day (download here the English press release).
Demand for Anima holding shares was quite high, that is around 5.4 times the number of shares offered (including the over-allotment option). The offer price of the ordinary shares had been set at  4.20euros per share, that is in the upper side of the intial range of 3.5-4.5 euro per share.
