Valuematic, an innovative startup and spin-off of Scuola IMT Alti Studi Lucca, attracted 0.160 million euros from Progress Tech Transfer, for which MITO Technology acts as advisor (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Nicola Lattanzi and Mirco Tribastone founded Valuematic, a startup that developed the algorithm SUDA – SUstainability-Driven Autoscaler.
Data Masters raised more than 0.65 million euros from Zanichelli Venture and other investors (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Data Masters will invest such proceeds in its organic development. Luigi Congedo, Francesco Cipriani and Vincenzo Maritati founded the company in 2021. Banca Sella‘s venture incubator dpixel launched the internationa programme Artificial Intelligence Business Incubator (AIBI) with the pre-seed support of Milan Fintech District (see here a previous post by BeBeez). AIBI aims to finance Italian and international projects for AI, deep learning, machine learning, generative models, and synthetic data that could also develop in Banca Sella and its subsidiaries. Andrea Tessera is the chief innovation officer of Banca Sella.
Italian football team FC Clivense launched an equity crowdfunding campaign on BackToWork (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Sergio Pellissier and Enzo Zanin head FC Clivense that raised 0.0745 million euros for a pre-money value of 9 million. The company will end on 23 June, Friday. Clivense appoitned Phoenix Capital as advisor and will invest the raised proceeds in its organic growth.
