Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Riverbed Technology, a leading IT solutions provider that delivers secure, seamless digital experiences and accelerates enterprise performance to global corporations, on its sale to Vector Capital, a leading private equity firm specializing in transformational investments in established technology businesses. Under the terms of the transaction, Riverbed’s existing lenders will continue to support the company by providing it with an improved credit facility at closing.

Riverbed offers two industry-leading portfolios, including Alluvio by Riverbed, a differentiated Unified Observability portfolio that unifies data, insights and actions across IT, so customers can deliver seamless, secure digital experiences; and Riverbed Acceleration, providing fast, agile, secure acceleration of any app, over any network, to users anywhere. Together with their thousands of partners, and market-leading customers globally, including 95 percent of the Fortune 100, Riverbed’s services enhance corporations’ digital experience and drive enterprise performance.
