Arsenale, a real estate firm active in the US market, launched the Arefood fund for investing 150 million euros in the next five years (see here a previous post by BeBeez) . In August 2022, Arsenale launched Arefood, a vehicle for qualified investors with a tenure of 10 (+2) years that will target buy-to-let transactions for the sector of commercial assets and big distribution. The fund is interested in assets of up to 2500 sqms. Legura will support the fund for the management of the resources. Marco Stevanato and Edoardo Torrenti are the chairman and the fund manager of Arsenale. Arsenale belongs to the family office of the Stevanato Family.
Coima, an Italian advisor for real estate investment funds, said it is going to acquire 18% Abilio, part of Milan-listed illimity, in exchange of Residenze Porta Nuova (RPN), a trading and rental company for luxury assets in Milan (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Coima will also appoint Abilio’s vicepresident. Abilio is a digital broker for real estate assets and industrial machinery. Abilio aims to generate a turnover ofof 60 million euros in three years.
Invimit, the firm that manages the real estate assets for the Italian Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF), aims to attract Saudi capitals (see here a previous post by BeBeez). Giovanna Della Posta, the ceo of Invimit, said that Saud investors are interested in Italian projects, assets and firms in the sectors of tourism, real estate, pharma, and sustainability.
