PineBridge Benson Elliot and an undisclosed investor subscribed the whole ER Logistics Fund 5 of Europa Risorse (see here a previous post by BeBeez). The fund aims to acquire assets close to urban centres and develop brownfield and greenfield logistic projects. ER already acquired a 197,000 sqm based in Turin. PineBridge Investments has aum worth 143.1 billion dollars split in different classes.
BNP Paribas Real Estate Investment Management (Reim) rented an Anagni-based logistic asset of above 30000 sqm to an undisclosed lessee and retained Colliers Italia as advisor (see here a previous post by BeBeez). The lodger will handle items for an established supermarkets chain.
In 2022, the logistic sector attracted investments for 3 billion euros (+5% yoy), said a report of JLL (see here a previous post by BeBeez). In January 2022, Hines announced the acquisition of 20 logistic assets based in the North of Italy through HEVF II Italia, a fund that Prelios manages. Hines also said it aims to invest one billion in the Italian logistic sector
