The companies did not disclose the transaction value.Ā Evernote has sales of 100 million US Dollars.
IDNTT, a Milan listed martech, acquired 60% ofĀ in-Sane, a talent and media agency for influencers and creators of contents for social media (see here a previous post byĀ BeBeez).Ā PerseoĀ (50%) andĀ Massimo TenaniĀ (10%) sold their stakes for up to 2.1 million euros, depending on the targetās covenants at the end of 2022. The currend equity value of in-Sane amounts to 3.5 million.Ā IDNTT retainedĀ DLA PiperĀ as legal and tax advisor.Ā In-Sane has sales of 4.5 million, an ebitda of 0.332 million and net cash of 1 million. Before such a transaction the company belonged to Perseo (65%),Ā Shelter House HoldingĀ (20%), Tenani (10%), andĀ Alberto MartinelliĀ (5%).
Zerynth (fkaĀ Viper), a developer of IoT and Industry 4.0 solutions, raised 5.3 million euros fromĀ United Ventures,Ā Vertis,Ā LIFTT, andĀ CDP Venture Capital (see here aĀ previous post byĀ BeBeez). The company will invest such proceeds in its domestic and international expansion and in strategic partnerships with industrial companies. Zerynth retained legal advisorsĀ ADVANT Nctm, Avv. Del GuerraĀ andĀ Avv.Ā BonadioĀ while United Ventures hiredĀ BonelliErede.Ā Giacomo Baldi, Gualtiero Fantoni, Daniele Mazzei, and ceoĀ Gabriele MonteliscianiĀ founded Zerynth in 2015.
Sinergy Flow, a deep-tech startup ofĀ PoliHubĀ that develops batteries for the energy transition, raised 1.8 million euros fromĀ 360 CapitalĀ which invested through the fundsĀ Poli360, in partnership with Milan Polytechnic University, andĀ A+360, a vehicle launched with Milan-listed utilityĀ A2A (see here aĀ previous post byĀ BeBeez). The company also attracted the resources ofĀ Tech4Planet, part ofĀ CDP Venture Capital.Ā Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLPĀ assisted Sinergy Flow which will invest such proceeds in its organic growth.
Knobs, a blockchain and IoT portfolio company ofĀ Smart Capital, launched a capital increase that the current shareholders and an undisclosed seasoned sector manager subscribed (see here a previous post byĀ BeBeez).Ā Vincenzo Rana, Alessio PaganiĀ andĀ Francesco BruschiĀ founded Knobs in 2014. The company will invest the raised proceeds in its organic growth and M&A.
