PrincipiaĀ sgr will invest 7 million of euros in the capital increase ofĀ Comftech, an Italian scaleup that developed a proprietary technology for wereable medical devices (see here aĀ previous post byĀ BeBeez). In 2010,Ā Giuseppe Andreoni,Ā Alessia MoltaniĀ (ceo), andĀ Luca Orlandi, founded Comftech, a spin-off of Milan Polytechnic University that received support fromBusiness Development AcceleratorĀ programme ofĀ EIT Ict Labs. The company will invest these resources in developing its business in Europe and Usa.
Revoilution, an Italian startup that developed a proprietary technology for producing fresh olive oil at home, overachieved by 522% its crowdfunding target (see here aĀ previous post byĀ BeBeez). The company launched its campaign onĀ Mamacrowd, an Italian equity crowdfunding platform, and raised 0.437 million of euros. Italian footballersĀ Ciro ImmobileĀ andĀ Antonio NocerinoĀ invested in the company and shared the news on their Instagram profiles.Ā Antonio PagliaroĀ is the ceo and founder of Revoilution will invest the proceeds of this crowdfunding campaign and 0.45 million that previously raised from business angels and two grants in shortening the time to market of its products.
