Last July 16th institutional placement of ordinary shares and market warrants by Space2 was launched on the investment vehicles market by Borsa Italiana. The placement will close next July 28th.
Space2 is the new  Spac (Special purpose acquisition company) promoted through Space holding by the same management team (Sergio Erede, Gianni Mion, Roberto Italia, Carlo Pagliani and Edoardo Subert with a 18.61% stake each; Alfredo Ambrosio with a 4.95% stake; and Elisabetta De Bernardi with a 2% stake) who promoted Space, the Spac which merged with Fila last June 1st, Fila being a global leader in the production and distribution of coloured pencils (see here a previous post by BeBeez and the press release).
The offer is for qualified investors in Italy and institutional investors aborad and consist in a number of shares between a minimum of 18 millions and a maximum of 25 millions, which may be raised to 30 millions. Every 4 shares will be attached 2 warrants for a maximum of 15 million warrants.
Underwriting price for every ordinary share is 10 euro while market warrants will be free. Equita sim is global coordinator and sponsor for the offer.
