LVenture, the venture incubator founded by Luigi Capello e listed at the Italian Stock Exchange, is worth well above 18 million euros and has a target price of 1.2 euro per share, Mediobancaās analysts wrote in their last report on the company.
The report stresses the fact that additional resources and shares from two capital increases (a 1.5 million capital increase in 2015 and 3.5 millions in 2016) Ā are not included in Mediobancaās estimates nor valuation.
The two capital increases will be aimed at allowing the company to achieve the targets of its own 2015-2018 business: at the end of the period the company plans to have more than 60 start-ups in its portfolio, counting also the exits and write-downs.
L Venture stock closed at 0.829 euro per share yesterday with a 14.72 million euros market cap.
