Twin Set–Simona Barbieri spa, the Italian women’s clothing brand focused on the affordable luxury segment, priced its senior secured floating rate notes due in 2019 (download here the press release and see here a previous post of BeBeez).  The issue is an high yield bond as it received rating B1 by Moody’s  (download here Moody’s press release).
The notes will pay a coupon of three-month euribor plus 5.875% per annum and are expected to be listed on the Official List of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange, admitted to trading on the Euro MTF Market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and on the ExtraMot Pro of Borsa Italiana.
Ubs acted as global coordinator and sole physical bookrunner for the offering while Banca Imi and UniCredit acted as joint bookrunners.
